I just found this website WP Starter pack. It gives away tons of Premium and PRO plugins (Costing more than $6000) for a throwaway price($29). I also confirmed it from existing users that the PRO/PREMIUM plugins are working and does not need any key.
Their website says it is legal to use. And can be sold under GPL license. Can someone tell me if this is legitimate? The website was started in May 2019 and I am not finding any reviews online.
