— Vietnam’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh met separately with Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and Iraqi Foreign Minister Ibrahim Al-Shaiker Al-Jafari on the sidelines of the 17^th Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) in Venezuela on Monday.
